- Order details — name, billing and delivery address, email and phone number.
- Enquiry details — anything you choose to send us through the contact form, including machine model and part information.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies (see our cookies policy).
3. How we use your data
We use your personal data to process and deliver your orders, respond to enquiries, provide customer support and warranty service, and — where you have agreed — to send occasional product updates. We rely on the lawful bases of contract, legitimate interest and consent.
4. Sharing your data
We share data only where necessary: with couriers to deliver your order, with payment processors to take payment, and with service providers who host or support our systems. We never sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as required to meet our legal and tax obligations, typically six years. Enquiry data that does not lead to an order is kept no longer than necessary to deal with the enquiry.
6. Your rights

- Ask us to correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
- Ask us to erase your data, or restrict or object to our processing of it.
- Withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it.
